Whip One on One
The focus of this drill is to contain the forwards from a tough situation. The set up of this drill puts the defense at a dis-advantage. Set up the drill as shown in the diagram. The spacing of the players may need to be adjusted after you run a few reps so that defense are coming out of their transition equal with the forwards. The forwards should have a good speed when they receive the puck and drive to the outside towards the near post.

This one on one drill has the defense start on the top of the circle and the forward start along the wall on the blue line. The inactive forwards and defense should all line up in the center circle. 5 Puck Breakaway Races (Cross-Ice)
The objective of this game is to score 5 goals before the other team scores 5 goals. To set up the game line up players along the blue line as shown in the diagram. Place 5 pucks in front pf the players as well. On the whistle, the first player from each team carries a puck around the net and attacks the other net. If the player scores then the next player from their team can go right away. If they miss, then the player must retrieve the puck and pass it to the next player in line.

3 Player Station Passing
This is a station passing drill that involves three players. In this diagram it finishes with a shot but it does not have to. The emphasis is on giving and receiving passes. The diagram only shows the player making a pass to each player once, however, it is easily modified so that Player 1 makes two passes to each player before taking a shot. The animation shows the drill where the player makes two passes and therefore two laps before taking the shot.
