BANANA BREAD IN PERFECT PETITE 3 large bananas mashed 1/2 cup of white sugar 1 egg 1 tsp of Baking Soda 1 tsp of EPICURE Baking Powder 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour 1/3 cup melted butter 1/2 tsp of salt (optional 1 tsp of EPICURE APPLE PIE Mix first three ingredients together then whisk the remainder ingredients in. Bake at 375 F in convect oven for 15 minutes in Epicure Perfect Petit Silicone Mold. I added chocolate chips on top and pieces of real banana for presentation. Enjoy !

Mix together: 1.5 cups gluten-free (or regular) flour 1.5 tsp Epicure baking powder 1.5 tbsp Epicure Pizza seasoning 1 cup grated cheese In separate bowl, whisk: 1.5 cups milk 2 eggs Combine wet & dry ingredients (add chopped meat if you wish). Spoon into greased Perfect Petites. Cook for 25 minutes. Serve with Epicure Marinara sauce.

Petites Quiche Bites.  I love this idea I often skip breakfast for lack of time or I can't figure out what to make.  Now I have some of these frozen and I pull out a couple whenever I need a healthy breakfast.
