Flies on your face - Many people with cerebral palsy lack the strength and coordination to flick flies or ants off their face and body. To experience how this may feel, have someone brush a feather across your arms and face.
Some people with cerebral palsy need surgeries, which can result in them having one foot longer than the other. To experience this, wear two different shoes for a day. Wear one shoe with a high heel and one with a flat heel.
Disability & Public Toilets - Check out the disability access toilets at your shops. Are they easy to get to? Are they locked? Is there an adult sized change table? (Many people with cerebral palsy always need to wear 'nappies') If not, people with cerebral palsy may need to be changed on the floor of the toilets.
