6/10 Time Out Bottle. I had to trial it a few times to get the correct consistency and you really need to find super fine glitter. I bought huge bottles of glitter glue instead so I didn't need the extra tacky glue. I also crazy glued the lids on. Its trial and error because u won't know how long the glitter takes to fall till u trial it. And u want different lengths for different ages.

Time Out Bottle - uses hot water, glitter glue & tacky glue (plus gorilla glue to seal the cap on the water bottle. If glitter settles to fast, add more tacky glue (&perhaps more glitter).

Calming Jar-tell your child that they need a break and may come back when everything has settled to the bottom. If you want to make your own calming jar (good for moms as well) they are really easy! All you need to do is: jar or bottle with a lid 1 tbsp of clear glue (or glitter glue) to each 1 cup of (hot) water to fill the jar add in glitter (about 1 inch of glitter) food coloring (optional)
