Hey Dynamite Body Team! Happy Monday! Today when I hit the gym I rocked some chest & triceps. The move I'm doing in the picture is called a Skull Crusher. This move can be done with either dumbells on a flat bench (as I am doing it) or with a barbell, EZ bar, cables, and a variety bench angles. Hey Dynamite Body Team! Grow your glutes with this fantastic body weight exercise; One-Leg Floor Bridges! All you have to do to complete this great glute-toning exercise is lay flat on your back with one leg bent, and foot firmly planted on the floor. Keep your other leg straight as you slowly raise your hips up off of the floor. You want to do 12 reps on each side, and do  3 - 4 sets for maximum benefit. Hey Dynamite Body Team! Just finished a fantastic workout! Today i hit some of the smaller muscle groups that people dont always go for in the gym. Shoulders, Calves, and Forearms. The move I'm doing in the picture is called a Lateral Shoulder Raise. It hits nice and deep into your deltoid muscles so you can get those nice toned shoulders. Hey Dynamite Body Team! I've been quite absent from social media & the gym these last couple weeks. I have a very good excuse though. On February 16th @ 5:03.17am my beautiful baby daughter was born! So recently my fitness regiment, and social media presence has fallen by the wayside. Now that things have settled a bit at home though with the new little addition to the family (whose name is Dahlia 😊) I am back and hitting the gym harder then ever. Those are the perfect day's to go outside and, get some fresh air. Today was one of those days for me so I took my little Mad Max out for a nice long walk.
