Energizing Full Body Workout 🔥🔥
Here is another fun full body session with dumbbells that I did last week. I only used dumbbells and a bench for the Bulgarians but if you don’t have a bench, you can sub with a chair, box, or any other elevated surface. Keep the tempo controlled, not too rushed. I used lighter dumbbells for this workout, and the timer was set for longer intervals with shorter rest periods. Method 🎈 50 sec work / 10 sec rest, 4 rounds total 🟰 Remember, exercise not only changes your body, it changes your mind, your attitude, and your mood!
