IQS Program - Roasted Vegetable Cauliflower Pizza: I chose this meal because, well, pizza: om nom nom. If cauliflower pizza tastes as good as it looks, I'm in!

A yummy and clean version of a burger.

IQS Program - Veggie Burger Burgers and chips are my favourite meal. I've found that Australia has the best burgers--would love to make a healthy version at home!

A healthy quesadilla option which makes me feel quite Mexican.

IQS Program - Sweet Potato and Black Bean Quesadilla - Mexican food is a firm favourite of mine! A real comfort food with my favourite sweet potatoes!

A healthy version of a spring roll. Full of yummy goodness.

IQS Program - Chicken Parcels with Satay Dipping Sauce. Great to have a lovely finger food that is not drenched in a sugary marinade or sauce.

This is a swing on the traditional sandwich.

IQS Program - Toastie with Avocado and Cheese ~ Toasties are a favourite lunch option in winter. Another one that is super kid-friendly so it gets my vote!
