Billy's Bar-b-que (Crockpot Venison) on BigOven: This is an excellent way to serve up any form of venison or other meat. I have half a deer coming my way. So I need to figure out some crockpot recipes.
Place a 2 lb pork tenderloin in a slow cooker, pour a 12 oz can of root beer over it and cook on high for 6 hours. Discard juice, cover pork with 1 18 oz jar bbq sauce, and heat until sauce is warm. Serve on buns. 1 18 ounce bottle of barbecue sauce.
