Homemade Banana Pudding is an old fashioned no bake recipe with layers of fresh bananas, a rich and creamy vanilla pudding layer and freshly whipped cream! This is the perfect make ahead dessert and a hit any time of year!
INGREDIENTS: 2 cups heavy cream large bananas, sliced 22 oz container tapioca pudding 2 tbsp maple syrup, more if you like. oz vanilla wafers, I used Trader Joe's brand which have not High fructose corn syrup or trans fats
¾ cup sugar , divided cup flour 1 dash salt 3 eggs , separated 2 cups milk ½ teaspoon vanilla 45 vanilla wafers , divided 5 ripe bananas , sliced (about cups) BAKE at for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned. I usually double the pudding.
