This full body workout I made is fantastic! Only takes about 50 minutes including the running and stretching!  I hadn't worked out AT ALL for over 4 months D: So The plan is to stick with this workout for 60 days to see the results and never quit exercising again! UPDATE: I started this in March 2013 and  it really helped and encouraged me and tought me to actually enjoy working out! I've moved on to more difficult things of course but this really worked for me! -Sigrún
