Proposal Pulled Pork: lb of pork butt/shoulder (boneless), cup brown sugar (i just pour it on the top so I didn’t get an exact measurement), half of a red onion chopped, cup of bbq sauce. then just layer up your crockpot!
Barbecue Pork Sandwiches couldn't be any easier. Toss a pork roast in the slow cooker with some apple juice and an onion. When you're ready to serve, shred the pork and stir in barbecue sauce. The leftovers freeze nicely.
