Classic Red Velvet Cake Recipe- Recipes This ruby-red cake with it's lovely cream cheese frosting has become my "signature dessert." I can't go to any family function without it. The cake is very moist with a buttery chocolate taste.
4 eggs 1 cup sour cream 1 packet of dry instant pudding mix (vanilla) cup water cup vegetable oil cups chopped up milk chocolate (chunky) Bake according to instructions on box. Frost with Cream cheese frosting.
Red Cherry Velvet Dump Cake 1 can (21oz.) Cherry Pie Filling 1 can (8oz.) Crushed Pineapple, Undrained 1 Box, Red Velvet Cake 1 Stick Butter (Melted) 1 cup Pecan (Chopped) In an ungreased 9x13 Spread Pie Filling & Pineapple, Dump dry mix evenly on cake then butter. Run a fork through it all a few times and top with pecans Bake @ 350 for 35 -45 min. or tell Lightly Browned. By: Tanya Clark
