Bread Rose - nothing more than rolling a piece of bread flat, cutting out the petals and fashioning into a rose. A quick toasting in the oven and you have a very nice edible garnish for dips, condiment trays, etc. Same process as clay roses!
this is way way beyond my skill level but too pretty not to pin. make long "snakes" of dough, and snip feathery patterns into the end with kitchen shears. Wrap an extra-long snake around them and bake.
