Great recipe i found for paleo gluten free brownies made from almond butter and cocoa powder. these are soooo rich and yummy! i sweetened this with cup brown rice syrup and cup pure maple syrup but use what suits your progam.

I didn't put peppermint extract in the cookies but I put vanilla and candy cane bits. Although, I did put the extract in the frosting. Update* frosting tasted like toothpaste. put extract in chocolate and drizzle on top instead
