Grilled Cajun-spiced chicken breast burgers - I don't do the bacon or the cheese and serve with home made Guacamole, fresh salad and fries. NB or 2 small chicken breasts a teaspoon of each spice is enough, or you're just throwing loads away.
Very simple and really crunchy. I found this recipe awhile ago and jotted it down. I like mine extra spicy so I soak my cut potatoes in hot sauce for a few seconds before shaking them in the dry batter :)
