Chocolate Chip Cookies-2 c Flour, 1 t b.soda, 1/2 t. salt; 1 c butter, 1/2 c sugar, 3/4 c br. sugar, 2 t vanilla, 1 egg, 2 c Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips-Preheat oven 375 F. Stir first three ingredients together; set aside. Cream butter & sugar together until fluffy; add vanilla & egg. Beat well. Add dry ingredients;mix well. Add Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips;mix well. Drop by tsp, 2 in. apart, onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 min. Remove from oven to cooling rack:3-1/2 dozen cookies.
