Rice cooker cheesecake Recipe 1. Mix 4 egg yolk , 400g cream cheese, 200g yogurt, 40g butter, 100g sugar together. 2. Add 100g wheat flour into step 1 and mix together. 3. Make meringue by pouring 4 egg whites into a bowl and adding sugar in 3 intervals of 40g each while stirring. 4. Add step 3 into step 2 in small increments. 5. Spread butter in the rice cooker. Pour step 4 evenly into the cooker. 6. Steam in the cooker for approximately 50 minutes.
