This recipe is AMAZING. I stock up on peppers when they are on sale an make lots.  I sustained myself during chemo on batches of this.       I mixed ground turkey and ground bison for this.  I also take them in individual ziploc bags and freeze them.  They aren't quite as crisp but for a meal after work and gym when we have an evening event- it is perfect!
