Paula Deen Ham Salad – Many years ago my mother fixed ham salad, and I liked it so much better than plain ham sandwiches. Having left- over ham from the holidays, I looked for a recipe that was much like what she made. This filled the bill.
CROCK POT / Paula Deen Slow Cooker Pinto Beans- Really good. I made them 2 times this month. Once with the ham hocks and one without out. To add some flavor to the ones minus the hocks. I cooked them in 2 cups of vegetable stock.
The combination of pineapple, cheese, butter and sugar may sound strange at first, but get a bite of this Hot Pineapple Ritz Casserole and you'll quickly change your mind. When you add some Ritz cracker crumbs, this bake becomes simply irresistible.
In a food processor, grind ham i cup into small pieces. Add 4 tsp butter and pulse until combined. Split hot biscuits and using about 1 tablespoon of mixture, fill each biscuit. Makes enough filling for about 36 biscuits
