Peas, Ham, and Creamy Noodles - Mom did this but we used cream of mushroom instead of half and half and used broccoli instead of peas (you have to use what you have on hand, right? I also added some cheddar on top. A great recipe for leftover ham!
I love cheese to a fault, so I am not keen on giving it up for dieting. Luckily, Weight Watchers offers a line of tasty cheeses to help me out with that. Even luckier still, they asked me to try my hand at making a recipe with one of their cheeses.
This was a yummy salad! The dressing needs cayene and I think next time I will use some avocado in place of some of the greek yogurt. However, it was super yummy! The Garden Grazer: Southwestern Chopped Salad with Cilantro Dressing
