John Allen Muhammad (December 1960 – November was an American convicted murderer from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He, along with his seventeen-year-old partner, Lee Boyd Malvo, carried out the Beltway sniper attacks of October killing at least 10 people.
The man given the death penalty for the sniper killings is a Gulf War veteran with an "outgoing, good-humoured" personality.
