Thai Roasted / Toasted Rice Powder Ingredients: Used in Larb, Crying Tiger Steak Dipping Sauce. = start by setting a skillet over medium-low heat, then add the sticky rice, kaffir lime leaves, galangal small slices into the skillet and stir and shake every few seconds to make sure the grains are evenly toasted til the grains turn medium brown. Remove the skillet from heat and let the rice cool completely. Grind it in mortar or coffee/spice grinder.
