Romania. The Victory Monument by the sculptor Boris Caragea from 1968, glorifies the antifascist struggle of the Romanian people. Born in January 1906 in Balchik, Boris Caragea died in August 1982 in Bucharest. The monument is located at the city hall in the Traian Street, Constanta, historically known as Tomis, in the Dobruja region of Romania, on the Black Sea coast.
