Potato Salad-6-8 BAKED Russet Potatoes 8-Hard Boiled Eggs, diced 2-3 Heaping Tbl Sweet Pickle Relish 1 sm red onion, diced--Add cubed potatoes to bowl. Heavily salt pepper. Add eggs, relish onion. Mix well. In small bowl add 3-4 heaping Tbl mayonnaise. Add 1 1/2 tsp Grey Poupon Mustard. Make sure the mixture tastes smoooooth. Not too much of mayo or mustard. If too much mayo, add a little more mustard & vice versa. Mix well. Refrigerate a few hours before serving. AWESOME
