Great find from @whiskandcleaver:  This Staub Braiser is a workhorse. At first glance, you may think, "Hmmm, but I don't braise." Well, neither do I, my friend! Instead I roast chickens stuffed with lemon and garlic, whip up scrambled eggs for 12 easy as pie, poach chicken in savory tomato and fennel sauce, and simmer spicy seafood stew. In short, there's nothing this pot can't do. Except clean itself, I guess.
