Appetizers are favourites among our customers. Seen here is a dish of "Pal Htun Kyaw", a type of fritters made with Shan "Pal Htun" beans. The beans are mixed with onion and ginger, then put into a dough of glutinous rice power to be fried. Comes with a dipping sauce made of tamarind paste, garlic, coriander and sugar.
