My boyfriend found this recipe for Orzo Salad online and wanted to make it. I had my doubts but we made it together and it is amazing! And relatively healthy. I would definitely reccomend for a BBQ or just as a great side dish.

1 Cup AP flour, 1 tbsp corn starch, 1 1/2 Cup seltzer water, 1 tsp salt.  I used beer since I didn't have seltzer water and came out great.

Tempura Batter

This is delicious! Instead of the cappicola I used pepperoni (and skipped the salami) because it is easier to find and less expensive. I also used mild or sweet sausage instead of the hot. Definitely a crowd pleaser!
