Doubled the recipe. Used only heavy cream. Added 6 squares of baking chocolate. Omited the vanilla bean since I didnt have any. Subatituted powdered Stevia instead of sugar. Vanilla Bean Frozen Custard Recipe Black Girls Who Brunch
LCHF Custard 1 cup cream 1 tsp sweetener (I use xylitol) vanilla bean 2 egg yokes Add cream, sweetener and vanilla bean (or essence) to small, hot saucepan. Bring to just on boiling point. Take off heat and quickly whisk in egg yokes.
