Thai take-out at home is easy when these spicy salty delicious drunken noodles with tofu and peppers are on the menu! (I don't ever have gochujang. Will try subbing fish sauce. Also, needs basil in the ingredient list, IMO.
My new favorite dish--Drunken noodles (pad kee mao)- added bean sprouts and a splash of rice vinegar. Had to make due with linguine noodles and wedged yellow onion, but it was still delicious! Plenty of thai basil is key.
