Despite the snow only fallin the day prior to the day this photo was taken, there is already a build up of this slushy, gasoline, snow mixture on main roads.
I like this photo due to the sign that stands at the side of the photo. "No Winter Maintenance" is funny due to the fact that there is normally a winding bike path through this hydro field, but is being covered by winter.
Trudging throught the snow is difficult. The tire tracks from early morning commuters make decent walking paths though.
Due to the shorter days and day light savings time, most mornings walking to school include a beautiful sunrise.
