Hidden Gems of Vancouver Island - Vancouver Island View
Are you looking for unique places off the beaten path on Vancouver Island? Here is a list of the many hidden gems of Vancouver Island.
An 11 km beach of white sand. A real paradise for surfers, it's on the west side of the Vancouver Island so the waves are awesome. It's around 20 km from Tofino. Surfing under the full moon's light is a great experience. Not really a place to swim... the water is really too cold.
Secret Falls, Sombrio Beach, West Coast, Vancouver, Island
A beautiful hidden waterfall in a moss covered canyon. Water dripping from the ferns and lichen greats you as you enter the canyon. Heavenly :)
Tunnel Falls - Vancouver Island
I did a bit of scrambling today on my home turf while putting the A7rII through it's paces and chanced upon this little beauty. Can't wait to go back in October if the water flow is good. Vancouver Island. Enjoy. Gavin Hardcastle
