We are at the centre of the Community Food Assistance Network, a system of 120+ community program and agency partners working together to provide essential meals, shelter, nutrition outreach, counselling and connection to many other services. The Community Food Assistance Network distributes more than 2,000 emergency food hampers each week. The recipes we share provide budget-friendly and healthy meal ideas using some of the ingredients packed in the food hampers.
