These are #homemade #organic light #wholewheat #pitas + are made on the #stovetop - not #baked. #bakeries use a #pitatunnel (a conveyor belt which moves the #bread through an #oven much like some commercial #pizza #ovens). Our "go-to" #homemade #bread. Based on the basic light #wholewheatbread, we use this #recipe: http://www.foodcult.com/lightwholewheatbread.php, add 1/4 C ea of #bran #wheatgerm and #psylliumhuk plus some #chiaseed to the water. Then we start with only 2/3 C (max) whole #wheat #flour and finish with #organic (#unbleached) white. #pumpkin seeds are added in during the forming stage. Roll the formed dough is #sesameseeds just before putting in the loaf #pan. #Food matters...
