Gluten and dairy free pizza Easiest supper ever.  Ingredients are all in the picture.  I used Gluten-Free Cauliflower pizza crust. Just add your favourite toppings and bake according to the instructions.  I found I needed to use the broiler for a few minutes after the cook time expired.  Enjoy.

Chop head of cauliflower in small pieces Pan fry with avocado oil until edges begin to brown Add: 2 tablespoons of Madras curry powder one small package of cherry tomatoes 1 can coconut milk 1 heaping teaspoon of corn starch to thicken sauce 16 - 20 med shrimp  cook together on medium/high heat until shrimp is pink  Serve

Find a lemon shrimp recipe (delish.com) and add 1 package of sliced mushrooms,  when almost done add package of chopped Shanghai Bok Choy.

8 burssel sprouts, halved add Clubhouse Roasted Red Pepper  Garlic spice to a pan and add your brussel sprouts, flat side down and fry until brown  Add to 750ml Chicken or turkey broth Also add: 10 bite size potatoes 1 sliced carrot 1 small package sliced mushrooms 2 cloves crushed garlic 1 heaping tsp corn starch Salt and pepper to taste 1 cup leftover shredded turkey or chicken Optional 2 tbsp gluten free soy sauce pinch of chili pepper flakes  Cook until veggies are at desired tenderness
