Gorman Studios is proud to introduce and showcase our scenic Bas-relief work commissioned for the Reception and Foyer of the Fairmont Hotel, Amman, Jordan. Dramatically lit, our bas-relief work will be the feature artwork for these public areas. Our bespoke artwork showcases the local landscape, focusing on the ancient olive groves of the Ajloun region in Jordan. Gorman Studios is proud to introduce and showcase our scenic Bas-relief work commissioned for the Reception and Foyer of the Fairmont Hotel, Amman, Jordan. Dramatically lit, our bas-relief work will be the feature artwork for these public areas. Our bespoke artwork showcases the local landscape, focusing on the ancient olive groves of the Ajloun region in Jordan. We are now capable of adding texture to our murals, and once again, executed on a monolithic scale. Recently, we completed a three-story gilded relief mural for the feature wall of the dining atrium in the world's largest cruise ship, The Oasis of the Seas. The commission was a seamless 18' wide by 25' high canvas that had to be installed while the cruise was already underway and the restaurant was operational. In contrast to the minimalist parrot murals, we also produced a set of parrots and macaws in a naturalistic composition. Painted with finer details, these lavishly coloured parrots and tropical foliage paintings were installed at the back of the bar cabinets as a play on the idea of creating “birdcages “ out of the liquor display cabinets.
