Can you do ribs in the Big Easy? You sure can! They turn out great and in a much shorter time than smoking or doing them low and slow. I used some St. Louis cut spare ribs in this cook and they only took a couple hours. Check out the video for all the details!
1.) Place eggs in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Place the peeled eggs into a 2 litre jar. 2.) In a saucepan, combine the rest and bring to a rolling boil; pour over the eggs in the jar. Place a couple of slices of onion on top and seal the jars. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 3 days before serving.
