I used to make flatbread A LOT. It was easy to throw together quickly and was kind of like pizza but I could tell myself it was better because it has veggies (which we usually eat pepperoni pizza with no veggies) and it has sort of a gourmet feel. Not to mention it’s affordable (depending a little on the toppings you choose).
