Amish Chicken

This recipe copmes from an Amish cookbook from the great state of Ohio. It has a great flavor and makes its own gravy that go great on mashed potatoes or stuffing. Its a simple recipe to make and my DH and DDS love it!

New way to serve potatoes

Plain mashed potatoes mixed with Bacon, cheese green onion. Mashed into greased muffin pan. Scrape fork across top and brush with melted butter or olive oil. Bake at 375 til tops are golden and crispy.
