As my spiritual awakening deepens, poems come to me more and more often. I say 'come to me' because words will come into my mind. I don't write or craft them or think very much at all about how to arrange them, or what to try and say with them. The words come, sometimes a bit jumbled. All I do is set them down, move them around a bit, until they seem comfortable.

Enveloped

She comes, every day she can get a few minutes away from him, to watch the steady stream and wonder whether it will be despair or hope which drives her across the bridge, into the shroud of fog.
