Started my little guys day off with steel cut oats  high in fibre protein and iron means I can feel good about sending him off to learn with a full tummy that will keep him satisfied. Top with banana chia hemp hearts raisins pumpkin seeds and cinnamon for extra taste and nutrients

#Repost @compassionatehealth_ with @get_repost  A bowl of soup has a very similar feel to me as making a birthday cake  Decorating is half the fun!  Creamy carrot and sweet potato soup blended with fresh garlic ginger and a few other spices to make it delicious  and nutritious!    This soup is very straight to the point there are not a lot of ingredients so the foods and flavours really speak for themselves and serve purpose to nourish my body X | Meghan RHN

This morning I treated myself to Sardines on Gluten Free Focaccia.  Mmmm it was so so incredibly good. Using my favourite @wildplanetfoods sardines packed in olive oil @delishglutenfree focaccia avocado watermelon radishes pea shoots and a homemade sunflower seed pesto.   I eat sardines a few times weekly either on salads on sweet potato or paleo toast…
