Healthy Granola Bar I made chewy free gingerbread spice granola bars by subbing the puffed rice cereal for gf rice krispies & switching the apple pie spice for gingerbread spice. 25 minutes from start to first bite!
Loving the idea of mixing this with plain greek yogurt and having a super healthy dip to add to many things… sandwiches. burgers… cut up veg, etc. This would be also awesome for homemade fries or meat fondue!
