Paw Paw Trees (from Sky Nursery): This beautiful small tree adds a tropical look to your landscape with its long glossy leaves and pyramidal shape. The 3-6” fruit is tropical tasting too, reminding some of a banana, others of vanilla custard. Pawpaws grow naturally as an understory tree, up to 10 feet. They are one of the few fruit trees to produce well in shade gardens. Here in the Puget Sound area, they will also enjoy full sun. Plant two for pollination.
