I like this idea for incorporating math skills, and working with a partner. I think this could be used great for an instant activity. They could test on these skills frequently, and then adding up their total number of each individual category. I found this on pinterest

Throughout the next few weeks the students will be participating in a 100 second physical activity challenge. They are loving this activity. Next year I will use this chart earlier in the school year so the students can measure their personal growth in physical fitness throughout the entire year. I will also use it for goal setting.
