A few days ago, as part of the workout prescribed for the day was nine sets of 1 rep of 80% one rep max deadlifts. That meant I was to use 275 pounds for the nine sets. For the two days prior, I felt the lower right side of my back was slightly tight. It’s ok to push and challenge myself, and I do know when I need to push or challenge myself but, also know when not to, I didn’t listen this time. Sometimes I lift like I play poker, go all-in when I shouldn’t, Play, Exercises, Gym, Back Muscles, Lower Back Muscles, Workout, Sore Muscles, Exercise, Fitness Regime
I struggle at times to listen to my body, and this is one such occasion.
