I made a Frankenstein and a witch for a lady who bought my headless horseman I made last year. Frank stands about 8 1/2 ft tall. His head is carved from a block of Styrofoam then covered with plaster gauze, then some joint compound for texture. His body is framed up with 2x4's, chicken wire, burlap and the monster mud concoction. Here's some before and after pics.
