German Pancakes: milk flour ½ t salt melted butter. Mix eggs, milk, flour and salt in a blender. Grease baking dish w butter & pour in pancake batter. Bake uncovered at 400 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
HOMEMADE: shredded chicken (I use breast and thigh, boiled in water with a little olive oil, no salt or other spices),chopped/peeled sweet potato, and kale. I throw it all into a pot with some brown rice and let it simmer for about an hour.
