Cape Breton Beaches That’ll Make you Think You’re in the Caribbean
We just got back from a week in Cape Breton and holy cow you should see the beaches! Who needs to go to the Caribbean, or Ireland, or Florida when Canadians have gorgeous, white sand, pink-rock covered, surf-able beaches like these? Nova Scotia has all sorts of beautiful ocean views, but the beaches we found…
Inverness Beach in Cape Breton is a gem. Nicest beach on the island if you like to swim the water is warm...sometimes as high at 22 but was 18 the day we went August 26 and that is still very warm. Shallow water and sand bars when the tide is low. Awesome!
