fully cooked kielbasa sausage (cut into chunks) cup brown sugar 1 cup chunky applesauce 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard 2 cloves garlic, minced Crock on high for 2 hours

1 15.5 ounce can garbanzo beans  1 Tbsp olive oil  1/2 tsp salt   Heat oven to 450 & line a baking sheet with  foil.  Drain and rinse garbanzo beans & put them in a bowl.  Add oil & salt to garbanzos & mix well. Spread them on baking sheet in one layer.  Place in the oven & bake for 15 minutes.  Remove pan, shake around to ensure that the chickpeas brown evenly, and return to oven for another 15 minutes until brown and crunchy.

These are seriously yummy.- Drain and rinse 1 can of chickpeas and add to a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, ½ teaspoon of salt, and ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper and toss to coat. Arrange in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for

Slow cooker fudge:   2-1/2 C dark chocolate chips  1/2 C canned coconut milk  1/4 C pure maple syrup  dash sea salt   1 t pure vanilla  Add chips, milk, syrup & salt, stir to combine. Cover & cook on low 2 hrs w/o stirring. It's important that lid remain on!Turn off, uncover, add vanilla & stir to combine. Allow to cool uncovered until  room temp. approx.1 hr. Stir vigorously for 5-10 mins. Spray 1 qrt dish w/ nonstick. Pour in fudge, cover & refrig. 4 hrs until firm.

Peanut Butter Freezer Fudge:   1 C natural peanut butter   4 T coconut oil   1 1/2 T maple syrup   4 ounces dark chocolate   1/2 tsp sea salt   Cream peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup & salt together in a bowl. Pour mixture into a foil-lined 8×8 baking dish.   Top with chocolate chips or chopped chocolate and freeze for at least two hours.     Remove from freeze and remove fudge from foil. Cut into one-inch squares and and store in an airtight freezer bag.
