At Home Fat Blasting Cardio Circuit
No gym.....I got you covered babes! ⠀ ⠀ Here is a quick cardio circuit for you to run through! ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ To complete: perform 45 seconds on, 15 seconds rest⠀ ⠀ Do all the exercises back to back, followed by a 1 min rest ⠀ ⠀ Perform 4 to 5 rounds!

20 Minute Upper Body Workout ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ Looking for a quick upper body workout? Well I got just the one for you 😊 Grab your bands and let’s get to work babes! ⠀ ⠀ To perform: ⠀ ⠀ 2 min warm up:⠀ ▪30 sec butt kicks ⠀ ▪30 sec high knees ⠀ ▪ 1 min jump rope ⠀ ⠀ EMOM - every minute on the minute ⠀ ▪ 20 reps - back row ⠀ ▪ 20 reps - band pull aparts⠀ ▪ 15 reps - bicep curls ⠀ ▪ 10 reps/arm - kickbacks ⠀ ▪ 15 reps - push ups ⠀ ⠀ 1 min rest, followed by two more rounds! ⠀ ⠀
