Gluten Free Wonton Wrappers Ingredients 1 cup APGF flour 1/2 teaspoon xantham gum 2 eggs 4 tablespoons of warm water Beat together. Add enough water to create a smooth but stiff dough. Knead until smooth Roll out on floured surface until 1/8″ thick. Use a 2″ circle cutter After filling each one, heat a bit of olive oil in fry pan on medium heat. Fry each side 3 minutes. Keep those that are done in a 200degree F. oven while you cook the rest. This dough keeps well wrapped tightly in freezer.
